Trial Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the 30-day trial of Tequra Analytics

To use the trial you must agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use

This document contains the terms and conditions that govern your access and use of the service defined below and is an agreement between Simplicity AI Ltd (company number 6081516) whose registered office is at Cody Technology Park, Old Ively Road, Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 0LX, United Kingdom (“Simplicity AI”, “We”, “Us” and “Our”) and You or the entity You represent (“You” and “Your”).

Definitions

Authorised Users mean Your employees, agents and independent contractors who You authorise to Use the Services.

Free Trial means the ability to access the service free-of-charge for a period of 30-days.

The Service means the Tequra Analytics service made available by Us under this agreement.

Use of the Service

We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferrable, revocable licence during the term of the Free Trial to access The Service for the purpose of evaluating its suitability for You.

We reserve the right, in Our absolute discretion, to determine Your eligibility for the Free Trial, and to withdraw or to modify the Free Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability.

The Free Trial is only available to new Tequra Analytics customers, and will be limited to one per organisation unless otherwise agreed with Us.

Confidentiality

You shall keep in strict confidence all technical or commercial know-how, specifications, inventions, processes or initiatives which are of a confidential nature and have been disclosed to You by Us or Our
agents, and any other confidential information concerning Our business or Our products and services
which You may obtain.

Authorised Users

You are responsible for all activities that occur under Your account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by You, Your employees or a third party (including Your contractors or agents) and, except to the extent caused by Our breach of this Agreement, We are not responsible for unauthorised access to Your account.

General

Your use of the Free Trial and any dispute arising out of such use of it is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
